Bravely Testifying



I bore my testimony in church today.


I talked about how important it is to share our testimony and shared a quote from 


Gary E Stevenson “Your testimony in Jesus Christ isn’t just what you say—it’s who you are.


Each time you bear vocal witness or demonstrate through your actions your commitment to follow Jesus Christ, you invite others to “come unto Christ.” 


It was cool cuz i wasn't sure what to talk about but I just decided to get up and i shared that exact thought that I wasnt sure what I was going to say but the spirit wouldn't stop nudging me so I just had to come up 😂 and I look at all the people there and said I know there's a few of you out there feeling the same way haha and urged them to come share their testimony and the next lady who came up thanked me because she needed a reason to get up and bear her testimony!


My companions even told me thanks for my testimony and were shocked at how brave I was hahaha sister Brunette hates bearing her testimony and they were shocked I got up

 Grace had just scheduled to receive her endowment, and two days later the missionary age changed for sisters to 18.  When she found out, she called crying and knew she needed to submit her papers to serve a mission. She had always prayed that the mission age would change to 18, she even drafted a letter to President Nelson about it. All of our kids were here for Thanksgiving so we were all able to support her and be at the temple with her. It was a beautiful day!

My Mission Call!

Grace opened her mission call on New Years Day 2026. We used Breckan's house in St. George so more of her friends and family could be there to support her. Her aunt Breckan printed her call and put it into an envelope for her. Grace has been called to serve in the California Santa Rosa Mission, speaking English! She begins home MTC on March 23rd, and reports to the Provo MTC on April 1st, and flies to Santa Rosa April 15th. Her first thought when she opened her call was "What? California?" And then she said California was the only place she could think about, and she knew it was where she was supposed to serve.
