Benicia with Sister Brunette & Sis Meyer

 🚫nope this isn’t utah anymore we in california yall! ahh california is just so so pretty! northern california is like none other. its so green EVERYWHERE. its been a crazy first couple days in the field but the work is GREAT the lords work is the greatest thing and I am so grateful to be apart of it. 


🏡My first area is the Benicia area and the members here are so nice! there's a lot of people here who need the gospel so bad and I know we can love and share this great thing with so many people,

👌My first companionship is a trio! was not expecting a trio haha but I have super great trainers, sister Brunette (been out for 6 months) and sister Meyer (been out for over a year) a trio has definitely got its ups and downs but its been so awesome!

🫶🏼the first night we stayed at the Millers house with all the new sisters and it was so fun. then the next day off to work! we had some training and they fed us chickfula wow ive never been so happy to see chickfula in my entire life!!😂 and then we got sent off with our trainers. I had to say goodbye to my MTC companion sister poff and it was so sad i miss her so much! 

❤️on saturday we got our whole mission together and WE GOT TO HEAR FROM ELDER GONG!! crazy! so amazing. I got to shake his hand twice, i know your jealous haha it was so amazing and it was so fun to see sister poff again there. we've both struggled a lot these first few days I mean who doesnt everything is just so brand new! but it was good to see each other and just lift each other up! we are both amazing missionaries and we got this!!💪💪

Going Through The Temple

 Grace had just scheduled to receive her endowment, and two days later the missionary age changed for sisters to 18.  When she found out, she called crying and knew she needed to submit her papers to serve a mission. She had always prayed that the mission age would change to 18, she even drafted a letter to President Nelson about it. All of our kids were here for Thanksgiving so we were all able to support her and be at the temple with her. It was a beautiful day!

My Mission Call!

Grace opened her mission call on New Years Day 2026. We used Breckan's house in St. George so more of her friends and family could be there to support her. Her aunt Breckan printed her call and put it into an envelope for her. Grace has been called to serve in the California Santa Rosa Mission, speaking English! She begins home MTC on March 23rd, and reports to the Provo MTC on April 1st, and flies to Santa Rosa April 15th. Her first thought when she opened her call was "What? California?" And then she said California was the only place she could think about, and she knew it was where she was supposed to serve.
