Benicia Week 2

 Heyyyy whats up!!

This week has gone by so fast:) here I am again writing another p-day email...

MONDAY
First P-day on the mission was so fun and well needed! I got to talk to my family and play pickleball with the district. I also got chickfula so 10/10😋

TUESDAY
Experienced my first district council on the mission which was good. We have a pretty small district, one set of Spanish elders, one set of zebra elders(one elders is Spanish one elder is english) and then there's our companionship! We had a yummy member meal with our ward mission leader and his family. he's a convert so it was fun to hear about his conversion story!

WEDNESDAY
We got to teach Seminary and it was so fun!!! Highlight of my week❤️ its so much easier to teach people younger than me then it is older people hahaha but that was so amazing! We had our book of mormon study that we hold with our friends and we had a good turn out so that was so fun:)

THURSDAY
Thursday was pretty low key... we did a lot of finding and knocking around. We found james!! He's so cool and seemed super interested. We planned a lesson this upcoming week so hopefully he follows through with that!

FRIDAY
We had a ton of lessons with friends and they all went super good! Did some service for some of our older lady's around benicia. We have the best old people here! Craziest miracle.. we had to skip our lunch cuz we got busy and so we were soooo hungry but we had to wait for dinner until we got home around 8, but.... we went to visit with a member family and they had cooked dinner!! and invited us to eat!! Wow such a blessing. The lord provides🙌🙌

SATURDAY
Did a lot of finding... I love knocking doors so much!!! It's just so fun to meet people. We had a member meal with one of my favorites, rose. She is the sweetest ever.

SUNDAY
church!! I love church. The Benicia ward is pretty small and everyone is so sweet! One of our friends nick came to church for the first time yayyyy!! I love Sundays because they're pretty slow like its our busiest day usually but its just so much more slow paced and I love it. We had some good lessons with our friends and ended our day planning our next week!!

The mission is amazing!! Keep being amazing and continue choosing to be a peacemaker in your life❤️

"peacemaking.. still begins in the most basic place- our hearts."
